Quickly Create a Ticket in ACE from Personal Chat / Group Chat in Teams
1. Open the Teams application and navigate to the chat window. Then, select one of the chats and click on the symbol
> More actions > Create a Freshservice ticket.

2. Choose IT Workspace

3. Automatically, the selected chat will fill in the requester and description fields of the ticket. Users can add a Subject and Submit the ticket.
The ticket is created and auto-assigned to an agent.
