Forgot Password

1. Open a browser and enter the address: outlook.office.com then enter the username and click Next

2. Click Forgot my password.

3. Enter Captcha then click Next

4. Select Text my mobile phone then enter the phone number that was previously registered then click the Text button

5. Wait for the verification code SMS from Microsoft then enter the verification digits then click the Next button

6. Enter 2 times new Password using Password Complexity combination then click Finish

Note:

Password Complexity

- Minimum 14 digits

- Consists of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols

- Does not contain consecutive letters

- Does not contain a user name or domain.
